HARGREAVES HILL PURSUIT OF HOPPINESS #4 TROPICAL IPA
The pursuit of hoppiness in an ongoing speciality series in which we explore the somewhat endless possibilities in the art of brewing with hops. Drinkers are given an exclusive look into the brewing process, with varieties, additions and time frame listed on the can label. Number four is a 6.2% Tropical IPA. Juicy new world hop varieties add tropical character and aroma, and will transport you to the oasis of your dreams.
MASH BREWING COPY CAT AMERICAN IPA
A big West Coast IPA, bulging at the seams with tropical, piney, resinous hop bitterness and aroma.
Malt is just here to hold it all together and stop the bitterness spilling out into the streets.
It tips the scales at 6.8% and 70 IBUs.
Copy Cat? There are not many “IPAs” like this one!!
OLD WIVES ALES OLD MAN YELLS AT CLOUD NEW ENGLAND IPA
Cloudy & juicy, Old Man Yells At Cloud is an IPA that focusses on hop flavour rather than bitterness.
Loaded with a (almost) stupid amount of Aussie and US hops, this beer is sure to put a smile on the face of even the most cynical hop heads.
YULLI’S BREWS AMANDA MANDARIN IPA
This American style IPA is layered with mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, a whole lot of cold pressed mandarins and orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). The perfect seasonal IPA making use of one of our favourite citrus fruits. Pairs well with a Korean BBQ.
